Buying a bridle online is tough. You can't touch the leather or see it on your horse before you buy. We get it. That's why we try to make returns as painless as possible.
We want you to love your Solo gear. If it doesn't fit, or if it's just not the right vibe for your horse, you can return it.
Shipping Policy (We hate waiting, too)
For Canadian Orders 🇨🇦 We move fast. If you place your order before 3:00 PM MST, we ship it the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST: Shipped the next business day.

Weekends & Holidays: If the post office is closed, your order will fly out the moment they reopen.
For USA Orders 🇺🇸 We ship to the US Monday through Friday.

The Weekend Rule: If you order late on Friday or over the weekend, your package will be packed on the weekend. but shipped first thing on Monday morning.
Tracking Numbers We don't do "mystery packages." Every single order comes with a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking link the second your label is printed.

Important: How to Ship It Back
For Canadian Customers: Please mail your return to our studio:
Solo Equine Inc. 4815 80 St SW Edmonton, Alberta T6X 2S7 Canada
For USA Customers (CRITICAL INFO): You MUST use USPS (United States Postal Service) to return your package.
Do NOT use UPS, FedEx, or DHL. They charge massive brokerage fees at the border, which will be deducted from your refund.

Mark the box as "RETURN OF CANADIAN GOODS." This prevents double-taxation at the border.

Do not use the address on the label: The label on your box might say "Sweetgrass, MT" (that's our shipping hub). They cannot accept returns. You must ship it to the Canadian address: Solo Equine Inc. 4815 80 St SW Edmonton, Alberta T6X 2S7 Canada
