No Hidden Surprises – Tariffs Included

Starting August 29th, 2025, all of our products are subject to new tariffs that enter into the USA. At Solo, we want to make things as simple as possible, that’s why the price you see on our website is the real price, with tariffs already included. No checkout shocks, no surprise bills from the post office.

Here’s how it works:

  • We cover all tariff costs up front. If a bridle is listed at $380 USD on our website, that already includes the 52% tariff charged by the U.S. government.

  • Base price vs tariff: The bridle itself is $250 USD. The additional $130.00 USD goes straight to U.S. Customs as a government import tariff.

You won’t get surprise customs bills at your door. Your Solo package arrives just like a regular U.S. order, fast, clean, no paperwork hassle. Solo handles everything.

Important Notes

  • Tariffs are non-refundable. If you return a bridle, we can refund the product cost (ex. $250 USD), but the $130 USD the government collected cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges are tariffed again. Because each shipment into the U.S. is taxed separately, sending a replacement bridle means a new 52% tariff is applied, which US Customs will bill the customer for. Solo does not cover the tariffs on exchanges.
