No Hidden Surprises – Tariffs Included

Starting August 29th, 2025, all of our products entering the United States are subject to import tariffs. At Solo, we want to keep things simple. The price you see on our website is the real price: with tariffs already included. No checkout shocks. No surprise bills from the post office.

Here’s how it works:

We cover all applicable U.S. import tariffs up front and include them in the listed price of each product.

The listed price reflects:

• The base cost of the product

• All applicable U.S. government import tariffs

Your Solo package arrives just like a regular U.S. order: fast, clean, and without customs paperwork or surprise charges. Solo handles everything.

Important Notes

Tariffs are non-refundable.
If you return a bridle, we can refund the product cost. However, any import tariffs collected by the U.S. government cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are subject to new tariffs.
Because each shipment entering the U.S. is taxed separately, replacement items may be subject to additional import tariffs, which are not covered by Solo Equine Inc.
